Midway-Sunset

slow, hypnotic and weighty piece inspired by the fields of “nodding donkeys” of the Midway-Sunset oil fields in California. I watched these oblivious behemoths feeding off the land each side of State Highway 33 for mile after mile.

why this site?

I love the process of composing and discovering what are for me new melodies and grooves. My pieces evolve in such a way that the finished track is always a surprise to me. I am influenced by many styles and try to emulate many of my musical heroes. So these tracks encompass many genres of music but hopefully include something unique to me. You will find instrumentals from ambient through funk to orchestral and beyond.
